This website is operated by Action Figure Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Action Figure Studio. Action Figure Studio offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 1 - CUSTOM PRODUCT & AI GENERATION

By using our Service to create a custom action figure, you understand and agree to the following:

  • AI Interpretation: Our products are created using Artificial Intelligence and 3D printing. The resulting action figure is an artistic interpretation of your likeness, not a 1:1 photorealistic replica.
  • Likeness Variance: You acknowledge that slight variations in color, facial features, and expressions between the digital preview and the final physical product are expected and do not constitute a defect.
  • Nostalgia Aesthetic: Our designs are intentionally stylized to mimic the "90s Action Figure" aesthetic.

SECTION 2 - USER-PROVIDED CONTENT

When you upload a photo to our Site:

  • Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the photo or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it for the purpose of creating a custom product.
  • Rights Grant: You grant Action Figure Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and modify the photo solely for the fulfillment of your order.
  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse any order containing images of a third party without their consent, as well as content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

Prices for our action figures are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Action Figure Studio shall not be liable for any disappointment regarding the "likeness" or "accuracy" of the custom figure, provided the figure delivered matches the character theme and primary features of the approved design. In no case shall our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

SECTION 6 - FINALITY OF SALES

Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the "Generate Preview" process has begun.
  • Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with the artistic style.
  • Refer to our Refund Policy for details on structural defects.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Action Figure Studio operates.
