All Sales are Final. Due to the highly personalized nature of our 100% custom-designed action figures, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the design process has begun.

The Creative Process: When you click "Generate Preview" and proceed to purchase, our AI and design team begin immediate work on your unique character. Refunds are not available once the digital rendering or revision process has started.

Artistic Interpretation: You acknowledge that these figures are works of artistic interpretation. Slight variations in facial expressions, skin tone, or features compared to your reference photo or digital preview are a natural part of the custom manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

Major Defects: If your figure arrives with a major structural defect (broken limbs or significant printing failure), contact us using the contact form within 7 days with photos for a replacement review.
